Services Free 15 Minute Computer Diagnostic Bench Rate = $45/hr (charged in 1/2 hr increments) Software Tune Up = $45 Virus, Spyware, & Windows Corruption Tune Up As you use your computer, some programs will constantly write "temporary" files to your hard disk. These files are supposed to be automatically deleted when the programs are done with them, but this is not always the fact, and they often accumulate, impairing the performance and reliability of your computer. Not only do they take up valuable disk space, but they also slow your computer down. As part of our Tune Up, we physically clean the inside of the case, fans and components. We remove un-needed temporary files, to include those missed by other "cleanup" programs and procedures. We remove all unnecessary program run commands that automatically start at boot up, and then tweak all software parameters that directly relate to the performance of your computer. Wipe & Reload Just Like New! We partition and format your hard drive. We reload your original operating system. (valid Certificate of Authenticity must be present) We download and install all security and vulnerability updates to date, and offer free anti-virus and anti-spyware programs installed at no additional cost. Caution: You lose all data. Only the Operating System will be present upon completion. If you provide us with the original restore disks, the original programs that came with your system will also be loaded. Rapid Return Time. Spyware Removal This involves redundant scans of your hard drive with multiple Anti-Spyware Tools and the manual removal of more stubborn spyware by our staff. Estimated Bench Time: 1 to 2 days. Virus Removal (with attempt to save files) We will monitor the scanning of thousands of files, using multiple anti-virus programs and will perform manual removal of the more stubborn viruses. This is a tedious and time consuming process. Includes a full spy ware removal service and we offer free anti-virus and anti-spyware programs to be installed at no additional cost. Estimated Bench Time: 3 to 5 days. Windows Overlay with Registry Fix or Windows Repair We will replace all key Windows system files to restore functionality to your computer. This may involve advanced-level registry repairs. This is done to facilitate saving valuable files. Internet Connection Repair Advanced Level Software Repair to re-establish broken Internet connection. Upgrades, Installs, Setups & Misc.
